Information Privacy Policy This policy covers information collected by Classic-Chic. It is our policy not to sell or release information to anyone about visitors to this SITE or customers of Classic-Chic without prior consent or a court order. Credit Card Transactions: For added security, all credit card transactions are processed by a professional payment authorization service provided through PayPal, which maintains confidentiality of transactions through a secure server that encrypts credit card transactions and has security measures in place that cannot be duplicated by us. International Orders and Shipping International orders are accepted and payment must be made in US Dollars via Paypal. International orders are shipped without insurance protection unless requested for and paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Please note that any orders shipped outside the US are subject to duties, taxes and other fees. All duties and taxes are assessed at the time of customs inspection in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Fees/Taxes/Duties are determined by customs officials and may vary in each country, please contact your local authorities for further information. For International delivery, we offer Express Mail International service only. Delivery time is approximately 5-14 business days from the date of shipping. There may be additional delays related to customs clearance Customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping fee EXCLUDES insurance. A flat rate of $35 is charged for shipping only. Insurance is optional and is at a rate of $1 per every $100 of coverage. Classic-Chic is not responsible for loss or damage to purchases shipped uninsured. Should you wish to insure your purchase, please proceed through checkout as usual. Once checkout has been completed, you must notify me by email of your desire to purchase insurance. A “post-sale” PayPal invoice will be sent to you for the additional insurance costs which you may pay using your credit card. Insurance must be purchased on the same day as the item’s purchase. When an international parcel is insured, the insured amount and the declared amount for customs purposes MUST MATCH EXACTLY. The insured amount may not exceed the amount declared on the custom's forms. Customs fees, duty and other third party fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as the seller has no control over the customs duties imposed by the various countries. International customers that do not purchase optional insurance are limited to a $100 recovery if an item is lost, stolen, or damaged. Seller is not responsible for items shipped internationally that are uninsured. US Shipping Classic-Chic ships via Priority Mail, Express Mail and Fedex. Insurance is optional and is available up to the full amount of the purchase price at the request of the purchaser. Unless otherwise requested and paid for by the buyer, all items shipped have an insurance protection value up to $100 (USD). If additional insurance is desired, it is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for the additional insurance at the time of purchase. Refunds on lost items are not issued unless the buyer purchased insurance for the lost item and until any claim has been paid on the item by the shipper. Condition Of Merchandise Every single item offered by Classic-Chic is offered in an “as is” condition and described as accurately as possible. Please be mindful that vintage items or previously used items are delicate and may not have the same durability as new items. Please be sensitive to this when making your purchase and when using the item. All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Venue And Service Of Process Any dispute arising out of or relating in any way to the content or use of this SITE shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
